Jenny has a passion for effective leadership, believing that a combination of experience and reflection leads to learning and success. She is a senior leadership development practitioner, specialising in the neuroscience of leadership. She has a business and government background and began her career in the city of London, as a shipbroker and member of the Baltic and Mercantile Shipping Exchange.

For the last 15 years she has been designing and delivering senior public sector programmes, including the Leadership Development Centre senior leadership programmes, coaching senior executives and facilitating team and strategic alignment events.

Jenny’s held senior roles with the global organisation P&O Nedlloyd and her career has been internationally focused, encompassing London, Australia, Hong Kong and New Zealand. She set up a coaching and leadership development consultancy in 2007 and works with government and private sector organisations and individuals.

She qualified as a Shipbroker in the UK and has a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Victoria University of Wellington, as well as an Master of Science in the Neuroscience of Leadership from Middlesex University, UK.
