Morag has over 25 years’ experience in senior leadership roles. She has a breadth of experience and knowledge in leading service delivery, human resources/organizational development and corporate functions. This gives Morag an excellent understanding of the opportunities and challenges that face leaders in the public sector.
In 2018 she established her own business focusing on coaching and mentoring leaders, and working with teams to reach their full potential. Morag is passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals. She uses her training and experience as a coach, takes a strength- based approach to leadership development, and draws on her own leadership experience to work with leaders to achieve their development objectives and goals.
Morag has a BA in Psychology, BBS in Human Resource Management, and an Executive Masters Public Administration. Morag is an accredited Associate Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation (2019) and has a Certificate in Coaching from the International Coaching Federation (2018). She is also accredited to undertake Leadership Success Profile (LSP) 360 debriefs and Team Management Profiles (TMP).
