Yvonne has worked with New Zealand Public Service clients for a number of years. Her own career as a lawyer was in the private sector in the UK and New Zealand. As a coach/facilitator, she works with clients both in the public and private sectors in New Zealand and overseas.
Yvonne’s coaching style is open, flexible and empathic. Yvonne challenges/stretches clients, challenging their self-imposed limitations. Rather than using a coaching formula, Yvonne partners with her clients to achieve the best possible coaching outcome to meet their needs.
Yvonne supports clients beyond creating insight, to making long-lasting behavioural and attitudinal shifts to achieve long-term change. A private sector background brings a different world view and an ability to offer clients a different perspective on how to handle their situations.
Yvonne is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and Certified Positive Intelligence ® Coach (see positiveintelligence.com)
