David brings extensive coaching experience, working with people at all levels of an organisation, in both the public and private sector. He also has general management experience having led large operational business units in a regulatory environment. Within these organisations he had a track record of success, building and executing business strategies, leading and managing change, and galvanising teams to deliver superior results.
He believes coaching is all about setting people up for success by working with them so that they see their own strengths through their own eyes. He believes that through standing in the spaces between the patterns of our lives, we are able to gather insights on how to change the way we see the world; and, to shape how you would like the world to see you! To achieve success in all that we do, our focus needs to be on ourselves first. Mindsets matter!
David is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. He is an accredited Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership organisational and team coach and a Breakthrough Coaching Advanced Practitioner
He is a fellow of both Leadership New Zealand and Institute of Managers & Leaders (FIML).
