Psychological Health and Safety (or Mentally Healthy Work) is an emerging area of focus in New Zealand. Many organisations are increasingly recognising the importance of how they design work and the work environment to enable them to meet their health and safety duties to prevent psychological harm, whilst also maximising wellbeing and performance of their workforce.

This learning series was developed in response to sector-wide interest in lifting understanding and capability around Psychological Health and Safety.

The four modules are designed for Executive and Functional Leaders - including those in Health and Safety, Wellbeing, HR and OD - and provide a practical entry point for building confidence, starting meaningful conversations, and shaping the next steps towards mentally healthy, high-performing organisations.
